He uses the moniker Albert1951 and hotmail address of albertxu2007may.
This pervert has a disgusting sickening blog albertxuling2007.blogspot.com with pictures of young girls who are barely in their teens and his perverted sexual fantasies of what he wants to do with them.
His IP address is:
219.95.3.179
So, keep a watch-out and if you see this pervert lurking around your blog, be very careful!
A note to parents, make sure your young daughters are not striking up online friendships with strange men called Albert Ooi or any other variations of Albert! This man is really sick and he apparently lives in Penang, so be very careful!

I think that TMNet still uses dynamic IP addresses. As such, publishing the IP address as HIS IP address may hurt the people who share the access node around his area.
Best put a disclaimer that he lives near the access node that assigns that IP address.
Even though it might be dynamic, but it shows that IP is in Penang.
Make a police report.
They can go back to TM Net to determine who is the user of the IP Address within those specified time.
