I am afflicted with ‘commentlazee’ so how?

Okay, I confess. I stalk visit other blogs a lot, some on a regular basis, others every once in a while and many more which I discover during those too-free-nothing-better-to-do times in the office (where else? I have a Degree in Goofing Off, majoring in How To Look Busy at Work).

And yes, I am a silent stalker visitor / blog reader. I seldom leave comments and only recently have I started leaving comments in some blogs but again, not that frequent lah. I only comment when I feel like it and especially when it does not take forever for the comment box to pop up (in blogger platform) when I click on post a comment.

So, why this major reluctance to comment? I don’t know lar. I have thought about it a lot and realised it must be because I have Commentlazee.

Commentlazee is a condition where the blog reader have this urge NOT to click on the words ‘Post a comment’ after reading an interesting (or not) blog post.

It usually strikes when the reader is engaged in blog hopping and needs to whiz past blogs so fast that he/she leaves a trail of skid marks along the way.

It also strikes when the reader totally agree with the post or absolutely hate the post and is utterly wordless about it.

I know I have quite a few regular readers and some of you do leave comments but many others are the silent stalkers readers like me.

You must either be struck with Commentlazee, like me, or are so awed and wordless with my brilliant awe-inspiring posts that you felt too intimidated by my intelligent, brilliant recourse to post a comment. (LOL…as if!)

For those of you in the former category, there’s a cure to Commentlazee! It’s called:

Click on the Post a Comment

Yep. It’s that simple! All you need to do is to move the mouse cursor to the post a comment link at the bottom of each post and click on it and wallah! You will be able to type some random words or alphabets and then click submit.

Easy peasy.

To motivate you even further, there is a CommentLuv thingy at the bottom of the comment box so if you tick on that, your latest blog post will appear with your comment so other readers may want to go over to your blog to read your brilliant post. I wrote about CommentLuv here.
