Why are men so idiotic?

Indeed. Why?

No, this post is not meant to demean men. I was just reproducing one of the search phrases that led some blog readers to my blog. I wonder what prompted that blog reader to enter this search phrase?

I guess if she or he is referring to the general term of ‘men’ instead of the gender men, then all I can say is that aren’t we all humans just a fallible, idiotic race?

We could be idiotic at times. Yep, and this is regardless of race or religion or sex.

Take a look at recent times.

We rape and plunder Mother Nature for all she’s worth. We burn and pillage. We chop down trees, we clear forests, we shoot wild animals for supposed ‘encroachment’ when we are the ones encroaching into their territory, we pollute the air and we waste energy resources shamelessly.

Then, we blame Mother Nature when pollution has brought about weather changes bringing cyclones and floods and other natural disasters.

Of course there are also the self destructive types so go around killing people and then themselves. Or the ones who declare war on other smaller countries just because they can, thus causing the deaths of millions of innocents. All for what? It was deceptively promoted as a war against terrorism but all I see was a war to kill innocent women and children caught in the crossfire.

Don’t forget the self destructive creation of bombs that could evaporate the whole earth at the touch of a button. And we need those because….?

Also, there is this country known as Bodohland run by a bunch of idiots who thought they could get away with anything from robbing the people blind to frittering away taxpayers’ money on inconsequential things like mega projects and stupendous schemes which do not benefit the people in the least.

Yeah, why are ‘men’ (or humans to be exact) so idiotic?
