Here’s giving you some sweetness in your life

After being on Earth for a few decades, I have deduced that there is only one way out of a lousy, stinking, cranky mood. Yeah, it must be PMS.

The only way for me to cheer up is to engulf myself into the therapeutic treatment of baking, cooking and creating delicious, saliva-inducing, vein-clogging, diabetes-inducing, hips-padding, stomach-rounding, double-chin creating, cholesterol-creating…you get my drift…type of foods…feast your eyes on these and salivate…

Didn’t I mention that I LOVE chocolates and chocolate IS a type of aphrodisia (not that I need an aphrodisia or anything).In case you are wondering, these are rich, fudgy, to-die-for mini chocolate muffins. They are low-fat too. Really. Seriously. Cross my heart and swear to die without eating another rich, thick, to-die-for chocolate fudgy dessert. The recipe will be put up in my food blog soon. One of these days.

Ahhh…nothing beats the best ever chocolate brownie. EVER. Well, it is a tough choice between this and the fudgy muffins. So, I didn’t choose. I had BOTH. *licks fingers..burrrpppp…*

I don’t only make chocolate desserts okay. I also like other types of sweet stuffs and I can’t live without egg tarts. Yum. As you’d have guessed, the recipe will be up on my food site one of these days. Be patient. I could eat a whole container of two dozens pineapple rolls if given the opportunity. It is another one of my favourite pastries and I made quite a lot during the CNY. Again, I haven’t had time to post up the recipe in my food blog but soon. Soon, I tell you. Please quit pressuring me, okay?

This is how you can turn the healthy apples into something absolutely sinful. You add flour, sugar, nuts and blueberry jam to make Apple and blueberry crumble. I think I ate half the pan of this stuff for dinner the moment it’s out of the oven.

And it’s not all desserts only okay…

Nothing like some juicy, spicy pork ribs to chew on…

Ahhh…they say the way to a man’s heart is through his stomach, well whoever ‘they’ are, they are wrong. It is definitely the way to a woman’s heart! Anyway, it’s the very act of cooking, baking, mixing up raw stuffs to create these yummy food that is SO therapeutic.To think I burnt fried eggs to a crisp when I tried to fry eggs for the first time a long time ago.

Really. No lies. Try it. I meant the therapeutic treatment of baking and cooking, not the burning of the eggs. Anybody could burn eggs.

But please, don’t burn down the kitchen or the whole house if you are the type that can’t even boil water without destroying the whole kettle. Best to just stare at these photos or those on my food blog and imagine eating them. But if your house is insured and you want a new one, by all means, have a ball.
