When I talk about free online games, I am not referring to the scary maze game that was forwarded to the whole wide world and had made like a million rounds through the emails. There are quite a few interesting online games to play when one is bored especially at work…
I used to indulge in the numerous free online word games such as the Bookworm and Typer Shark but then I got bored with it. Then I tried out some RPG games and got instantly bored with it. Killing stuff and pretending to be some weird character in a game is not fun. Squinting into a screen for hours on end is not fun. Wasting hours on some unreal world is not fun.
So, why are these online games so popular anyway? Beats me. Maybe it satisfies some form of deprivaty of the player. Or maybe they just love killing stuff onscreen. Or maybe it’s because of those booby women with unrealistic figures. *shrugs* All I know those are really a total waste of time. And money. Yep, money. Last I heard, some addicted players spent quite a lot of money on these games and what do they get out of it?
Err, nothing. Except to win some other similar idiot playing the same game elsewhere.
The only people benefiting from online games are those who created it. Think about it. Millions and millions of kids (or even adults) spending money on games and whateveritistheydo on those games. It is like a cashcow. 
Damn. I should have studied computer games designing or something. Double damn.
I wonder if it is too late to start learning how to create computer games now? I will definitely create one with more gore, more sex, more scantily clad (or even naked) women with big huge unrealistic silicone boobs and more violent scenes. Those are what sell, no?
Anyway, this whole post is just rambling on and on….my thoughts are actually everywhere. So, excuse this lousy excuse of a blog post. Nothing intelligent or witty or even funny here. Just plain drivel. I will try to do better next time. Really.

Hi foong, I believe I’m commenting the first time here. I just want to say that if you want to create an online game please don’t make one with a lot of sex and violence. There’s too much of it in online games.
If you like playing free online games try Dota hahaha!!!
