Must be a bug you picked up during your recent trip! Nasty nasty! I find that when I am on a trip I usually do not drink enough water for fear of public toilets. The result is that when I return home after a few days I will get sick probably due to dehydration. I believe being dehydrated will cause our body's immune system to go haywire. On top of that there's the new and unfamiliar food and crazy schedule. Take a good rest and drink herbal tea la ..... the bitter one. Kesian u! Must be a bug you picked up during your recent trip!
