It was Easter several days ago and bunnies came to mind…

I am a foodie at heart but still, I’d stop at eating some animals such as rabbits. As much as people will tell me that it tastes just like chicken, I am not inclined to try. I mean, we are talking about cute, cuddly, furry bunnies like these…

Damn…they are just so cuddly….

I’ve heard of some people in some countries (and even here) who eat puppies and dogs too. Uggghhh…who could ever bring themselves to kill and eat these adorable furry little things?

I got these bunch of cute pictures through the email and since there was no mention of who these belonged to, I don’t know who to credit these to…

Although there were rumours of certain people eating cats, I think these are very few and far in between so I’d say these household cats are pretty lucky to escape the cooking pot. Can’t say the same for their larger cousins, tigers (that were poached and killed for their skin, teeth, balls, penises, heart, etc).

I used to have rabbits, cats, dogs and even hamsters as pets. So, I will never ever bring myself to think of these furry creatures as anything else but pets!

I sure remember how my dogs mistaken one of my pet rabbits as a chew toy and killed it after biting it and flinging it about. He received a big huge scolding and after that, left the other remaining rabbit alone. Unfortunately, it died a few months later and we never did find out why. Perhaps it died out of loneliness. Or of stress for living in constant fear of my dog who may decide to maul it to death like it’s friend. Sigh. I did not get any other pet rabbits after that…

So, what’s the purpose of this rabbity post? Errr…no purpose except to share these ultra cute pictures. That’s all. Cute, furry animals are the only things I can never be cruel and sarcastic about. That’s not to say that I don’t enjoy the Happy Tree Friends cartoons…
