STOP going to Adsense and checking on the clicks every hour.

Why?

Well, being so obsessed with the clicks will bring you nowhere.

It makes you all stressed up when you don’t get enough clicks.

You could have used the time to do something constructive like writing valuable posts, keyword research, etc.

Instead, only check like once a week or better still, every fortnight. And by checking, I meant to monitor which ones of your Adsense channels are making you money and which ones are not. If a particular ad position is earning you zero for weeks and months, perhaps it is time you change the size, the colour or even the position. Perhaps it is not in the most optimum position.

Whatever it is, stay away from checking your adsense income every hour.
