Time and again the government, or some politician, will make a statement about trying to get overseas Malaysians to come back and contribute to the country’s economy and development. They talk about incentives and nationalism and all that crap. As if those are really great inducement for Malaysians overseas to come back. // I don’t know which is more amusing when reading the news nowadays…whether it is the ridiculous excuses some so-called minister makes up for those irresponsible, uncouth cow-head protestors, the lack of police actions against those idiots or the wide-spread papparazzing of poor mega-star Andy Lau who is not even remotely Malaysian, although his wife [...] If you do a search around the net, you’d find loads of Malaysian bloggers jumping onto the so-po scene. Heck, I used to be one of them, criticising and taking potshots at the stupid politicians that run our country. And I wonder why. What’s the draw? Why is it that so many Malaysians find it [...] I mean why not? |
