I absolutely BELIEVE that ISA is not meant to punish at all. Of all the things, how could people actually think the government use the ISA to punish the public?

According to Zaid Ibrahim’s letter (full version in Malaysiakini) to the current Prime Minister, it seemed that our very first Prime Minister Tunku Abdul Rahman made this promise to ALL Malaysians: Since we are all (especially bloggers) being frightened with all the ISA threat due to recent events, I have to be more careful of what I blog here.
