There are just some people who are not meant to be parents. And I don’t just mean idiotic politicians, mind you. I meant the general unpolitical people. Some of them are such total effing morons that one wonders how they could even go through life with their arses up where their brains are. I am a working mom and I hold stay at home moms and work at home moms in very high regard because they dare take the step to get out of the outside working world and be confined at home with only their kids for company and loads of house chores to do. With Mothers’ Day coming up tomorrow, it reminded me that my mother has been gone for more than two years now. Despite this passage of time, the memory of hearing about her sudden death two and a half years ago is still very fresh in my mind. |
