Amidst all this hoo-ha about yoga and its ancient links to Hinduism and all those crap that goes with it including morons and such…it (referring to the yoga and Hindu links, not those morons and idiots) really reminded me of another Indian practise / literature that is equally well-known as yoga – the Kama Sutra. I am no sex therapist but from my ‘vast experience’ (ahem!) in such matters, here are my enlightening tips on how to have better sex and sleep better too: The word sex is such a sensitive and taboo word.
